This client operates in the hospitality industry.  The bookkeeping and creditor payment processes were heavily manual and paper based.  Working with the company’s owner and onsite management, Anselm implemented a complete overhaul of the bookkeeping process and implemented a bookkeeping and accounting support package involving weekly payroll processing, creditor management including payments, and customised monthly reporting to a budget prepared in consultation with the company owner.  The company owner can now concentrate on marketing the business and improving its value, knowing that the books add up.

This client is a furniture removalist with high employee turnover.  Due to inefficient manual and paper based bookkeeping processes, the business owner never really knew how the business was performing until the end of year accounts were prepared, by which time at least another half a year had passed.  Implementation of a comprehensive bookkeeping system and monthly customised management reporting means the business owner now has his finger on the pulse without being buried in day to day administration.  Focussing on specifically defined key performance indicators has resulted in a demonstrated improvement in the performance of the business and a return to profitability.
